Who we are
This service is operated by the administrator of this TaskFlow installation. Contact details are published on this page.
What we collect
- Account data: your username, email address and, if you provide them, a display name, biography and avatar.
- Content you create: your tasks and any files you attach to them.
- Technical data: the IP address and browser user-agent of each sign-in, kept so you can review and revoke your active sessions.
- Analytics: if you consent, anonymous page-view counts. The visitor identifier is a one-way hash that is re-keyed daily and cannot be traced back to you.
Why we can use it
We process account data and your content to provide the service you asked for (contract). We process security data to protect the service (legitimate interest). We process analytics only with your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
How long we keep it
Account data and content are kept until you delete your account. Analytics events are deleted automatically after the retention period configured by the administrator.
Your rights
You can export all of your data from your profile page at any time, and deleting your account removes your data permanently. To exercise any other right, contact the administrator.
Third parties
This installation runs no third-party advertising or tracking scripts. Files and data are stored in the operator's own PostgreSQL database.
